WARRANTY

PGA Cellular Outlet warrants all new phones against defects in material and workmanship for SEVEN(7)days. No refunds on cellular accessories.

This warranty does not cover defects resulting from any of the following: Viruses, software manipulation, software upgrade, misuse, improper operation, accident or neglect such as dropping the product onto hard surfaces, contact with rain, water, moisture, liquid, perspiration, humidity, heat, sand, dirt, food spillage, residue of any type, physical adjustments to handsets such as changing of housings or damages caused from use of any accessory that did not come with the handset.

WARRANTY IS VOID IF ANY WARRANTY SEAL IS BROKEN. PROOF OF PURCHASE AND COPY OF WARRANTY IS REQUIRED.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Identification is necessary for any return transaction. Returns and exchanges will only be entertained if the product is defective and under warranty. Any exchanges or refunds on cellular phones, will take a MINIMUM of seven (7) working days to be completed. RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. Package must be returned in its original condition for exchanges or refunds to be entertained. No cash refunds after seven(7)days.
