Welcome to PGA Cellular Outlet! By using our Online Store website and it’s related services, products and software, you agree to these terms and conditions and are bounded by them. You also accept these terms when you create an account, make a purchase as a guest, purchase over the phone or through any of our sales channels. We may make changes to our website and these terms at any point. It is your responsibility to review the terms for updates or changes. If you do not agree with the terms you should not use our website.
Information on Our Site
We do try to be as accurate as possible with the information we present on our website. We will make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of the products we sell. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, or error free. Prices and promotions are subject to change, and may vary from those offered on our social media platforms. We cannot confirm the availability or price of an item until you place your order. Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item in our catalog may not be available, the offer may have been misstated, or an item may be mispriced. For any of these reasons, we may cancel your order or we may contact you to receive further instructions on the order.
Paying for Your Order
You can pay for your order via credit card, online banking and also direct deposit.
Credit card payments are processed through Wipay and will incur a fee of 1.5% in addition to the total cost of your order. Online banking and deposits are done through our Scotiabank Trinidad account. You are required to use your order number in the description when making your payment through online banking or bank deposit. All payments may take up to 72 hours to be confirmed.
Shipping costs will be calculated on a per order, per item or per pound basis and is based on the shipping option you select.
FREE Shipping to Trinidad
We ship to Trinidad every Tuesday and it takes 2-3 days directly from Florida. Payments must be confirmed by 12noon on Friday in order for your item to be shipped the following Tuesday. Customs processing time may vary. We are not responsible for the shipping time or the customs time. We cannot and do not guarantee the shipping time or customs time for processing. Duties and taxes are included with our free shipping option.
To cancel an order please send an email to [email protected] indicating that you want to cancel your order and also the reasons for cancellation. If the order is shipped the payment can only be refunded after we have possession of the item from the shippers or it is returned to us by the customer.
Returns and exchanges
You can return an item anytime within 15 days of purchase. Please note that this time period begins the day after you receive your product. Items must be returned in a like new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return. Clothes must not be worn or laundered, and its original tags must be attached for us to accept a return.
Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied.
Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow the return with a deduction from your refund amount to compensate for the missing items.
If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you would lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.
Please make sure that all data has been removed and the device is no longer linked to any cloud account or any other device so that we may accept the return of the product.
Every item we sell has a 10% restocking fee if the item is not defective and returned by the customer. If the item is defective there is no restocking fee.
Refund method and timing
With few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer you can make an exchange for the same item. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to seven business days after we process the return to reflect in your account.
